I am a BACP registered Psychodynamic Therapist based in Brighton, with a background in NHS secondary mental health care. I believe that therapy can enhance our lives by helping us make sense of past experiences and removing barriers to meaningful connections. Psychodynamic therapy offers a valuable space to explore our early life and understand how previous experiences may influence our current feelings and relationships.

MA in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (with distinction) from the University of Essex.

I look forward to working with you.
Taking the step to start talking therapy can feel scary and facing ourselves can be one of the hardest challenges in life. I provide a safe, curious, and collaborative space where I will come alongside you on your journey. I offer psychodynamic therapy through open-ended sessions, each lasting 50 minutes, at the same time and day each week. You do not need to prepare anything to begin therapy; we will start where you are and go from there.
Every journey beings with a single step and yet, it is never that easy. To figure out if my practice is right for you, I offer a free phone consultation. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to discuss further.
